As of spring 2015 we are now certified organic through MOSA, Midwest Organic Services Association. Our operation has not changed but we received so many inquiries regarding our organic status that we finally decided to make it official.

We will be selling maple syrup at the Copper Country Strawberry Festival on Friday July 11th and Saturday the 12th. Show times for Friday are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday is 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

We are in the middle of the sugaring season. The temps have been a little on the cold side for good sap runs and there are still a couple feet of snow in the woods. We have made small amounts of syrup over the last couple weeks. The good news is that we are getting nice cold, clear sap and making quality syrup. I hope we are still boiling in May but that have never happened for us before.
